The Client Service Associate is responsible for accurate, efficient processing of over the counter transactions including deposits, withdrawals, payments, and remittances in line with bank standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• 1 year experience in branch operations preferred, fresh graduates welcome.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Performs start and end of day banking activities in line with approved processes and standards.
• Provides appropriate customer service to the clients of the Bank; may include promoting bank’s products and services.
• Performs other duties that may be required from time to time.
• Ensure compliance with Banks policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
