Job summary

The Client Service Associate handles over-the-counter deposits, withdrawals, payments and remittances with accuracy and efficiency, in line with the bank's standards. Based onsite in Cotabato City, you will provide customer service and promote bank products when appropriate, while ensuring compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required or preferred.
• Experience in branch operations is preferred but fresh graduates are welcome.
• Excellent communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Performs start and end of day banking activities in line with approved processes and standards.
• Provides appropriate customer service to the clients of the Bank; may include promoting bank's products and services.
• Performs other duties that may be required from time to time.
• Ensure compliance with Banks policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
