Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required or preferred.
• Experience in branch operations is welcome but fresh graduates may apply.
• Strong communication skills and clarity in interactions are essential.

Responsibilities

• Performs start and end of day banking activities in line with approved processes and standards.
• Provides appropriate customer service to bank clients; may promote bank products and services.
• Performs other duties as required by the bank.
• Ensures compliance with bank policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
