Job summary

Geidi IT Management is seeking an Accounts Officer in Ortigas Center, Pasig—on-site. You will support Australian payroll, AR/AP, purchasing, and general administration. The role requires attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple financial tasks accurately.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on payroll experience (Australian payroll preferred) and strong Excel skills, with capability to liaise with Australian stakeholders and the local team.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of relevant experience in payroll, accounts, finance, or similar.
• Hands-on payroll processing experience (Australian payroll preferred).
• Experience with AR and/or AP processing and reconciliation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting/payroll software.
• Onsite work in Ortigas Center, Pasig City, with Australian stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Process end-to-end Australian payroll accurately and on time.
• Manage Accounts Receivable, invoicing, and collections.
• Process Accounts Payable invoices and coordinate payments.
• Coordinate purchasing activities and supplier communications.
• Provide general administrative and operational support to the business.
