Responsibilities

• Process and record customer payments (checks, bank transfers, online payments).
• Generate and issue invoices to customers in a timely manner.
• Monitor accounts to identify outstanding balances and follow up on overdue payments.
• Perform account reconciliations and resolve billing discrepancies.
• Prepare AR aging reports and assist in collections activities.
• Coordinate with sales and customer service teams regarding billing issues.
• Maintain accurate and organized financial records.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Assist in audit requirements and compliance documentation.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and accounting standards.
