Job summary

J-K NETWORK RECRUITMENT SERVICES AND CONSULTANCY, INC. is seeking an Admin Staff for its manufacturing client in Lapu-Lapu City, Cebu. The role operates onsite from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a basic salary range of PHP 18,000 to 20,000.

The position is advertised as One Day Hiring, with face-to-face interviews and government-mandated benefits, including HMO and leave entitlements. Immediate start is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree Holder
• At least 1 year of work experience in Admin, HR, or any related clerical work
• Experience in a Japanese company is an advantage
• Amendable to attend Face-to-Face interview
• Amendable to work at Lapu-Lapu City
• Can start as soon as possible

Responsibilities

• Perform daily administrative, clerical, and office support activities.
• Prepare, organize, file, and maintain accurate company documents and records.
• Encode, update, and manage data using Microsoft Excel and other office applications.
• Prepare basic reports, summaries, and administrative documents as required.
• Handle emails, phone calls, inquiries, and other routine office communications professionally.
• Coordinate with different departments to facilitate administrative requests and ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Monitor office supplies, inventory, and other administrative requirements.
• Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and coordinating office activities.
• Ensure proper filing and confidentiality of company records and information.
• Perform other administrative duties and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.
