Job summary

J-K NETWORK RECRUITMENT SERVICES AND CONSULTANCY, INC. is seeking an Accounting Assistant Supervisor for our client in Santo Tomas, Batangas. The role is onsite and operates Monday to Saturday, with a salary range of PHP 40,000 to PHP 60,000.

The position requires a bachelor's degree in accounting/finance and at least three years of accounting experience; interviews are face to face. You will handle bank reports, salary advances, inventory records, financial statements, and journal entries,

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• At least 3 years experience in all facets of accounting.
• Amenable to attend face to face interviews.
• Working in a Manufacturing Company is an advantage.
• Can start as soon as possible.

Responsibilities

• Prepare essential bank reports, including bank reconciliation, cash position reports, and bank balance reports.
• Prepare and monitor advances to officers/employees and other accounts subject to salary deductions.
• Manage and maintain all inventory records, including fixed assets, and prepare related inventory reports.
• Facilitate the submission and BIR stamping of the Annual Financial Statements (AFS) along with the Annual ITR.
• Prepare journal entries and trial balances.
