Job summary

Bolder Group is seeking an Accounting Executive to manage core accounting processes, including AP, AR, payroll accruals, and reporting. The role requires accuracy, initiative, and strong communication in English.

Hybrid work arrangement combines remote and on-site duties at Clark Freeport Zone, Pampanga, with regular collaboration across finance teams. The successful candidate will handle invoicing, reconciliations, VAT/GST compliance support, and periodic financial reporting, while leveraging

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• Proven experience as Accounts Administrator or in a similar finance role.
• Strong verbal and written English skills.
• Ability to prioritize, maintain accuracy and attention to detail.
• Proactive and hands-on problem-solving approach.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP software.

Responsibilities

• Record and maintain financial transactions using the Navision One (N1) system.
• Post journal entries and ensure accurate recording of transactions.
• Maintain organized filing system for financial records.
• Update client and vendor information in N1.
• Perform balance sheet account reconciliations.
