You will support day-to-day financial operations, focusing on expense review, payment reconciliation, account onboarding, and maintaining accurate records in line with tax regulations and internal policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Entry-level experience; foundational accounting knowledge required.
• Basic understanding of tax compliance and financial record-keeping.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting systems.
• CPA pathway or accounting certifications are an advantage but not required.

Responsibilities

• Expense Review: verify expenses for accuracy and eligibility.
• Payments Reconciliation: perform manual reconciliations and maintain records.
• Account Onboarding: support onboarding, identity verification, and activation.
• Remittance & Documentation: monitor remittance inbox and ensure proper recording.
• Process & Digital Enablement: use approved tools and participate in trainings to improve processes and promote digitization.
