A leading resource management firm based in Quezon City is looking for a dedicated customer service representative. This role requires responding to customer inquiries, promoting online sales, and assisting with orders. Ideal candidates should have strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset. Experience in online sales or e-commerce is advantageous. This full-time position offers a salary range of ₱18,000 to ₱19,000 and operates from 8am to 5pm, Monday to Saturday.

Qualifications

• Good communication and persuasion skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email, and social media.
• Promote and sell products or services online.
• Assist customers with product information, pricing, and orders.
• Process sales transactions and coordinate with fulfillment teams.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Meet daily or monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of inquiries and sales.
