• Respond to customer inquiries and escalate issues when necessary.
• Assist with order monitoring and fulfillment coordination.
• Maintain organized product and operational documentation; support basic reporting for sales, promotions, and platform performance.
• Stay updated on marketplace trends, competitor activity, and platform changes.
