Job summary

Samsung Electronics Philippines Corporation is seeking an Online (B2B/EPP) Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth across SMB, Corporate, and Education sectors. The role requires consultative selling, deep sector knowledge, and the ability to manage high-velocity sales cycles.

You will prospect, qualify, and close deals, maintain strategic relationships with corporate clients, and collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure a seamless client experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing.
• 8+ years of relevant work experience in eCommerce, Digital Sales, B2B/B2B2C Sales, Partner Management or Business Development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for presenting, persuading, and negotiating with decision-makers.

Responsibilities

• Strategic business development: prospect and qualify leads and build a robust pipeline.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet targets for SMB and EPP across sectors.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to drive new business growth.
• Account management and growth: build long-term relationships with corporate clients and act as their main contact.
• Conduct quarterly business reviews with clients and executives to align on strategic objectives.
• EPP operations: manage EPP operations and improve platform and customer journey; drive awareness and engagement.
