QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy, Medical Technology, Nursing, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Must have experience handling Oncology accounts, particularly Solid Tumor Care.
- Must have established professional relationships or connections with Oncologists.
- Medical Sales Representative or Product Specialist experience handling Oncologists is highly preferred.
- Hospital account experience is an advantage.
- Strong communication, product presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Results-oriented and willing to conduct extensive field work.
- Willing to be assigned to TMC Cardinal.
JOB SUMMARY
The Oncology Product Specialist – STC (Solid Tumor Care) – TMC Cardinal is a field-based position responsible for promoting and developing the company’s Solid Tumor Care portfolio within assigned hospital accounts, with primary focus on TMC Cardinal.
The position will build and maintain strong professional relationships with Oncologists and other key healthcare professionals, execute product detailing and account activities, identify business opportunities, and achieve assigned sales targets.
JOB DESCRIPTION / KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct regular product detailing and scientific presentations to Oncologists and other relevant healthcare professionals.
- Promote the company’s Solid Tumor Care products using approved product information and promotional materials.
- Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with Oncologists and key hospital stakeholders.
- Manage and regularly cover assigned hospital accounts, particularly TMC Cardinal.
- Identify key prescribers, decision-makers, influencers, and business opportunities within assigned accounts.
- Monitor product movement, account requirements, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Develop account strategies to increase product utilization and achieve sales objectives.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and business objectives.
- Conduct regular hospital and field visits based on account priorities.
- Coordinate with hospital pharmacy, purchasing, procurement, and other relevant departments when necessary.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts, account updates, and market intelligence to the immediate supervisor.
- Maintain proper documentation and timely submission of required field activity and sales reports.
- Coordinate with the District Sales Manager and other internal departments regarding account requirements and business opportunities.
- Participate in company meetings, product training, sales training, product launches, and other required activities.
- Ensure all promotional and field activities comply with company policies and applicable pharmaceutical industry regulations.
- Attend the required Saturday Work-From-Home online meeting and weekly activities, approximately 1–2 hours.
- Perform other related duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by management.
