Job summary

GetMEDS Philippines Inc. invites applications for an Oncology Product Specialist – Solid Tumor Care (STC) at TMC Cardinal. This field-based position emphasizes promoting and developing the company’s Solid Tumor Care portfolio within hospital accounts, with main focus on TMC Cardinal.

You will build strong relationships with Oncologists and healthcare professionals, execute detailing and account activities, identify business opportunities, and strive to meet sales targets with leadership guidance.

Qualifications

• Must have experience handling Oncology accounts, particularly Solid Tumor Care.
• Must have established professional relationships with Oncologists.
• Medical Sales Representative or Product Specialist experience handling Oncologists is highly preferred.
• Hospital account experience is an advantage.
• Strong communication, product presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Results-oriented and willing to conduct extensive field work.
• Willing to be assigned to TMC Cardinal.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular product detailing and scientific presentations to Oncologists and other healthcare professionals.
• Promote Solid Tumor Care products using approved information and promotional materials.
• Develop and maintain relationships with Oncologists and hospital stakeholders.
• Manage and cover assigned hospital accounts, particularly TMC Cardinal.
• Identify key prescribers, decision-makers, influencers, and business opportunities.
• Monitor product movement, account requirements, market trends and competitor activities.
• Develop strategies to increase product utilization and achieve sales targets.
• Attend hospital and field visits based on priorities and coordinate with hospital departments.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts and market intelligence to supervisor.
