Getmeds is seeking a Product Specialist to drive sales of oncology products in the assigned territories. You will build relationships with healthcare professionals, conduct product presentations, and execute territory action plans to meet monthly targets.

The role requires a proactive, sales-driven professional willing to travel regularly across the Manila area and beyond, with strong communication skills and a professional representation of the company in the field.

The Product Specialist will be responsible for generating sales, building strong relationships with healthcare professionals, and promoting oncology products within the assigned territories. The role requires a proactive, sales-driven individual who is committed to achieving sales targets, conducting product presentations, and representing the company professionally in the field.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales and market penetration of oncology products in the assigned territory
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with healthcare providers to ensure consistent product usage and brand loyalty.
• Conduct effective product presentations and detailing sessions to educate clients on product features, benefits, and therapeutic indications.
• Implement sales strategies and territory action plans to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Perform regular fieldwork, including territory visits, client calls, and customer engagement activities.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends to provide timely feedback to the Sales and Marketing teams.
• Submit accurate and timely reports such as sales updates, call logs, and market insights.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Pharmacy, Medical Technology, Biology, Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, with at least 2 years in oncology
• Must be willing to travel regularly and perform extensive fieldwork within Manila Area
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to build rapport effectively with doctors and healthcare professionals.
• Sales-driven, target-oriented, and highly motivated to achieve and exceed goals.
• Confident in conducting product presentations and client discussions.
• Willing to undergo training at the Head Office in Las Pinas
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage time efficiently.
