Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Global Study Manager (Oncology) / Senior Project Manager for sponsor-dedicated programs across the EMEA region. You will lead cross-functional teams, ensure GCP compliance, and drive on-time, on-budget delivery of complex clinical studies.

The role requires strong project leadership, client management, and a track record in CRO environments. Expect travel around 25% and collaboration with diverse global teams to meet study milestones.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Good Clinical Practice/ICH guidelines, regulatory requirements, drug development process and clinical monitoring procedures.
• Clinical research organization (CRO) experience preferred.
• Ability to travel approximately 25%.

Responsibilities

• Leads project leadership and delivery, ensuring compliance with GCPs, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.
• Acts as primary liaison between the Company and the Customer for project launch, conduct, and closeout.
• Manages timelines, budgets, and quality across interdisciplinary clinical programs.
• Mentors project management staff and clinical personnel; supports team collaboration.
• Prepares project management reports and implements resource and risk mitigation strategies.
