The role requires strategic input and hands-on execution across study startup, monitoring, and closure. Ideal candidates will bring extensive study management experience, strong cross-functional collaboration, and fluency in English to support global trials and client needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or related field; 7+ years operational clinical trial experience (per Education).
• Master’s or MBA with relevant trial experience is preferred.
• Fluency in English; experience with CRO/vendor oversight is essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead global study management and oversee cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate with CROs, vendors, and sites to ensure on-time delivery of quality data.
• Monitor budgets, costs, and timelines across multiple countries and vendors.
