Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or healthcare discipline is required
• 4+ years of progressive experience in clinical research within biotech, pharma or CRO
• Experience leading clinical operations teams and coordinating with external partners

Responsibilities

• Lead the regional clinical operations team and oversee external partners
• Ensure regional deliverables align with global study goals
• Manage feasibility, start-up, recruitment timelines for the region
• Collaborate with stakeholders and provide regional progress updates to senior management
• Ensure regional and country TMF creation, QC, and regulatory submissions
