Qualifications

• 5+ years of international clinical trial PM experience.
• Collaborate across teams with clear communication.
• GCP/ICH knowledge of regulatory requirements.
• Experience as CRA in pharma/CRO.
• Proven leadership in matrix environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage external vendors and CROs.
• Prepare study documents (Monitoring Manual, SOPs, etc.).
• Coordinate design of study materials (CRFs, diaries, source documents).
• Oversee monitoring activities to ensure GCP compliance.
• Provide guidance to CRAs and supervise trial progress.
• Track enrollment, site reports, and data management coordination.
• Negotiate vendor contracts and review regulatory documents.
• Ensure trial master file is current and compliant.
