Qualifications

• 5+ years of industry experience in clinical trial project management across international trials.

Responsibilities

• Manage external vendors and CROs.
• Prepare study documents such as the Monitoring Manual and Laboratory Manual.
• Coordinate design of CRFs and patient diaries.
• Assist with protocol development and study reports.
• Monitor site activities to ensure GCP and SOP compliance.
• Provide guidance to CRAs.
• Track patient enrollment and data management coordination.
• Coordinate study supplies and negotiate vendor contracts.
• Review informed consent forms and study materials.
• Plan investigator meetings and assist data query process.
• Ensure trial master file is current and compliant.
• Collaborate to manage external vendors and CROs for efficient trial execution.
