Job summary

Syneos Health seeks a Senior CRA in Oncology for a single sponsor role, based remotely in Turkey. You will monitor studies on-site and remotely, develop monitoring tools, and support SOP development and training materials.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site and remote monitoring of studies to ensure compliance with clinical practices.
• Develop and implement monitoring tools, plans, checklists, and templates.
• Contribute to SOPs and training materials in quality programs.
• Manage defined project components: site visits, study progress, issue resolution.
• Ensure accurate documentation: monitoring reports and action plans.
• Collaborate with investigators, site staff, and stakeholders for smooth study conduct.
