Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield Philippines is seeking a Training Specialist to empower BAU teams by delivering system, process, and onboarding training. You will equip employees with needed skills and knowledge to meet client KPIs and support continuous improvement.

You will develop training materials, coordinate with leaders to identify needs, roll out new processes, and monitor probation progress, providing development feedback and generating training reports to support talent growth.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Learning & Development, Business Administration, HR, Operations, or related field.
Experience delivering training programs and onboarding initiatives.
Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills; ability to engage diverse audiences.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and creating training materials.

Responsibilities

Deliver system, process, and onboarding training programs to equip employees for their roles.
Develop, maintain, and update training materials, user guides, and process documentation.
Partner with team leaders to identify training needs, facilitate refresher sessions, and roll out new processes.
Monitor performance and training progress of new joiners during probation, with feedback and development recommendations.
Support talent development by managing training records, tracking skills, and generating reports.
