Job summary

TASQ in Manila is seeking an experienced Training & Onboarding Lead to own end-to-end onboarding for new hires, design effective training programs, and drive role-specific skill development. This is an onsite position based at BGC Taguig with a night shift from 11 PM to 8 AM.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in contact centers (B2B/SaaS), 3+ years in training roles, strong English communication, and proven ability to track KPIs and training impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Excellent English communication.
• At least 5 years experience in contact center (B2B/SaaS).
• At least 3 years tenure in Training.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in tracking training effectiveness and KPIs.
• At least 3 years of experience in training, onboarding, learning & development, or related roles.

Responsibilities

• Onboarding & Program Delivery: Lead end-to-end onboarding for new hires, including training on tools, processes, and role-specific skills.
• Training & Development: Design and enhance training programs to address skill gaps and support employee growth through coaching and upskilling.
• Performance Support & Evaluation: Monitor onboarding and training effectiveness through metrics, assess learner performance with feedback, and refine programs based on data and business priorities.
• Process Improvement & Documentation: Standardize onboarding and training for consistency and scalability and to update training materials and knowledge bases.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with HR, Sales, and Operations to align training with business goals and serve as the onboarding support contact.
