Six Eleven Philippines BPO Corporation is seeking a capable professional to span three functions: demoing SaaS to prospects, onboarding new customers onto the platform, and providing customer support via email, chat, and Zoom.

Candidates should have 2+ years in B2B SaaS, strong English (spoken C1, written C2), CRM expertise (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.), and WordPress experience for site updates.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a B2B SaaS support, success, or sales engineering role.
• Spoken English at C1+ with a neutral accent.
• Written English at C2; high grammar and tone.
• 2+ years using a CRM as an end-user; able to configure pipelines and automations.
• Experience creating, modifying, and updating websites using WordPress or similar tools.

Job Description

This is one role that spans three functions: demoing & Sales to prospects, onboarding new customers onto the platform, and providing customer support across email, chat, and Zoom.

Requirements

• 2+ years in a B2B SaaS support, success, or sales engineering role. Not B2C call center work We need someone who has supported business customers (HubSpot, Salesforce, . . Freshworks, Zendesk, Zoho, GHL agencies, or similar).
• Spoken English at C1 (advanced) or higher, with a neutral accent. Demos and onboarding are live video calls; the customer needs to follow you effortlessly.
• Written English at C2 (near-native). Every support email reflects on the brand. Grammar, tone, and clarity matter.
• 2+ years using a CRM as an end-user. Not just exposure — actually configured pipelines, imported contacts, built sequences, set up automations. Tool doesn't matter (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Zoho, GHL all count).
• Comfort on camera. You can run a 30-minute demo with your camera on without losing energy or composure.
• It is essential that the agents have experience creating, modifying, and updating websites using WordPress or similar tools.
