Job summary

General Motors Philippines is seeking a seasoned GDM Team Leader to guide a night‑shift team delivering Workday data management, benefits processing, and HR reporting for North America and LATAM. You will coach analysts, ensure SLA adherence, and drive process improvements.

The role requires strong leadership, data accuracy, and cross‑functional collaboration with COEs, HR Partners, and technology teams. Hybrid Manila office reporting to PSC leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–3 years in HR Shared Services, HR Operations, or a related environment.
• Experience with GDM, Workday transactions, HR data management, Benefits administration, or HR reporting.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily direction and prioritization for GDM Analysts across Workday, Benefits, and HR Reporting.
• Serve as SME for Workday data management and HR lifecycle transactions.
• Monitor volumes, SLA performance, and staffing coverage on the night shift.
• Lead process governance, SOP updates, and continuous improvement initiatives.
