General Motors Philippines seeks a Global Data Management Team Leader to guide a team of GDM Analysts in Workday data management, Benefits administration, and HR reporting. You will partner with HR COEs, HR Business Partners, and LATAM PSC to ensure service quality and SLA adherence while leading on a night shift.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years in HR Shared Services or HR Operations.
• Experience with Workday data management, HR reporting, and benefits administration.
• Previous team leadership, coaching, or SME responsibilities.
• Strong English communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily direction for GDM Analysts across Workday, Benefits, and HR Reporting.
• Monitor SLA, workload, and quality; manage escalations and coaching.
• Lead onboarding, cross-training, and upskilling; act as SME for Workday HR data.
• Develop and review HR reports, and ensure data accuracy and compliance.
• Collaborate with COEs, HRBPs, LATAM PSC, and HR Tech on process improvements.
