Job summary

ISTA Solutions, an outsourcing/offshoring company in the Philippines, seeks an experienced Onboarding Specialist to join our expanding team. You will handle onboarding admin, coordinate background checks, and maintain records while serving as a main contact for candidates and HR.

Requirements include at least 6 months in HR/recruitment/onboarding, strong MS Office skills, and excellent English. Night shifts are required; we offer competitive pay, health insurance, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 6+ months experience in HR, recruitment or onboarding.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent verbal and written English skills.
• Residence in Greater Manila Area (GMA).
• Able to work night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Handle administrative onboarding processes.
• Coordinate and monitor background check processing.
• Follow up with candidates on onboarding requirements and documentation.
• Serve as liaison between candidates, supervisors and HR.
• Maintain accurate employee and candidate records in HR systems.
• Support recruitment-related administrative tasks and status tracking.
• Ensure compliance with onboarding procedures and hiring requirements.
• Assist in onboarding and recruitment process improvements.
