Job summary

Lean Solutions Group (LSG) is hiring an HR Onboarding Compliance Associate to ensure employment eligibility and onboarding compliance across the organization. The role oversees background screening adjudication, I-9/work authorization, drug screening, and visa documentation while maintaining audit readiness.

You will collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Operations, HR Compliance, Legal, and external vendors to deliver compliant, scalable onboarding processes, leveraging automation and process

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of US employment compliance laws (FCRA, I-9, E-Verify).
• Experience managing end-to-end background checks and adjudication.
• Ability to prepare for audits and handle documentation.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage pre-employment background screenings from start to finish.
• Adjudicate results per policy, laws, and guidelines; determine hire eligibility.
• Administer I-9 records and monitor work authorization compliance.
• Oversee drug screening, visa documentation, and ongoing monitoring.
• Develop reports, support audits, and pursue process improvements.
