Job summary

Lean Solutions Group is seeking an HR Onboarding Compliance Specialist to ensure employment eligibility and onboarding compliance across the organization. You will oversee background screening adjudication, I-9 and work authorization, drug screening, and visa documentation while maintaining audit readiness.

As a subject matter expert, you will partner with Talent Acquisition, Talent Experience, Operations, HR Compliance, Legal, and external vendors to deliver compliant, efficient onboarding

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of employment eligibility, background screening, FCRA, I-9, and onboarding compliance.
• Experience with audits, regulatory inquiries, and vendor coordination.
• Ability to balance regulatory rigor with employee experience and process automation.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage pre-employment background screenings from initiation to final resolution.
• Adjudicate results per adjudication matrix and applicable laws.
• Administer I-9 records and monitor work authorization documents.
• Oversee drug screening processes and visa-related documentation.
• Develop reports and dashboards for audits and compliance metrics.
• Collaborate with TA, Operations, Legal, and vendors to optimize onboarding workflows.
