Job summary

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in data analysis, data science, analytics engineering, or a related analytical role.
• Strong English-language proficiency with excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong SQL skills and hands-on Python or another scripting/analysis language.
• Hands-on experience working with APIs and integrating data from multiple sources.
• Experience building or maintaining reporting infrastructure, dashboards, or data pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Conduct benchmark studies using internal and external data to generate actionable insights.
• Develop customer-specific analyses covering performance trends and account health indicators.
• Build, maintain, and improve reporting infrastructure, data pipelines, and dashboards.
• Develop capacity models to support workload forecasting and resource planning.
• Integrate data from internal and third-party APIs into unified datasets.
• Write SQL queries and Python scripts to clean, transform, and analyze data.
• Present insights clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to standardize and automate recurring reporting processes.
• Support onboarding and training on data tools and best practices.
