Job summary

Grand Circle Crewing is seeking a culinary professional in the Philippines to deliver exceptional gastronomic service for travelers. You will prepare daily meals, ensure food safety, and support the culinary team according to Grand Circle Cruise Line standards.

The ideal candidate must have at least 1 year of relevant experience, be guest-oriented, and have a good command of English. Compensation includes a gross monthly salary ranging from 1,500 to 2,880 EUR, along with additional benefits.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of relevant job experience, preferably on passenger ships.
• Highly guest oriented.
• Good command of English.

Responsibilities

• Preparing daily meals in accordance with menu cycle.
• Responsible for organizing 'mise en place', appropriate storage, and keeping of goods.
• Hygiene in the galley in accordance with HACCP regulations.
