Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of relevant culinary experience, including 1 year as Demi Chef de Partie.
• Ability to effectively train Commis Chefs.
• Possession of an STCW Ship’s Cook Certificate recommended.

• Adhere to daily production schedules.
• Ensure recipe file maintenance.
