Job summary

Carrernext Manpower Corporation is seeking a detail‑oriented on‑site IT support specialist to install and configure employee mobile apps, register accounts, and guide users during campus deployments. You will manage daily operation of on‑site terminal devices, perform basic troubleshooting, and coordinate server updates with clients to ensure smooth maintenance windows.

Fluent English is essential; strong communication and documentation skills are required.

Qualifications

Diploma/Associate degree or higher.
Proficient in English reading and writing; able to communicate daily in English.
Strong communication, coordination and emergency response capabilities; liaise with on-site client personnel.
Able to deploy apps, configure terminals and perform basic troubleshooting.
Meticulous, responsible with a focus on documentation and service quality.
Experience in on-site implementation, after-sales support, or maintenance is preferred.

Responsibilities

Conduct on-site installation and basic APP configuration for employee mobile apps.
Manage daily operation of on-site terminal devices and troubleshoot to ensure stable systems.
Coordinate server update schedules and maintenance windows with client personnel.
Collect and document on-site issues and client demands; follow up to close them.
Inspect on-site hardware; report abnormalities and assist in fault handling.
Provide on-site training, maintain full-process on-site support, and document outcomes.
Support project progression and on-site operation/maintenance tasks as needed.
