NCR Voyix is seeking an Onsite IT Support Engineer to provide hands-on support for employees in Cebu, Philippines. The role requires working primarily during night shift hours to align with US business hours and ensure reliable IT services.

The engineer will handle hardware, software, network, mobility, and collaboration issues, delivering high-quality service and customer satisfaction. Strong problem-solving and operational excellence are essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
3–5 years of IT support experience (desktop/end-user).
Experience supporting Windows 10/11 environments.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Teams, Outlook, and Active Directory.
Experience using ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow.
Excellent verbal and written English communication.

Responsibilities

Provide onsite and remote end-user IT support for desktops, laptops, mobiles, printers, and peripherals.
Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues within SLAs.
Support Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365 apps, Teams and Outlook.
Perform onboarding, deployment and workstation setup for new hires.
Handle employee moves, adds, and changes.
