Responsibilities

• Administer ongoing benefits system activities for Health & Welfare and Pension plans.
• Process and manage employee, dependent, beneficiary, and enrollment data files.
• Generate payroll feeds, vendor files, and ad hoc reports.
• Process benefit confirmations and related communications.
• Assist with system testing, including web portals, interfaces, and system-generated reports.
• Utilize case management tools to track and resolve issues.
• Respond to and resolve client inquiries with professionalism and accuracy.
• Maintain process documentation, procedures, and processing calendars.
• Provide backup support to team members as needed.
• Participate in client status meetings and maintain positive client relationships.
• Support project teams to ensure successful transition from implementation to ongoing administration.
• Identify process improvements and potential opportunities for additional services.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, SOC1 requirements, and company standards.
• Meet established service level agreements (SLAs) and productivity goals.
• Analyze workflows and recommend process improvements.
• Develop understanding of integrations between benefits systems, HRIS, payroll, and insurance carriers.
