You will support wealth clients and advisors, manage complex issues, and ensure regulatory compliance. The position requires 3-5 years in wealth management or related financial services, with strong SME expertise and CRM proficiency.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of Wealth Management experience or related financial services.
• Quality Control/QA experience preferred.
• Supervisory or coaching experience preferred.
• Strong SME experience.
• Knowledge of banking and wealth management products and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication, analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to handle time-sensitive client transactions.
• Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary service and problem-resolution support to Wealth clients and advisors via phone and electronic requests.
• Serve as SME on banking products, processes, and programs, staying updated with changes.
• Handle complex client concerns while ensuring compliance with policies, audit requirements, and regulatory standards.
• Build and maintain relationships with Wealth advisors and internal partners.
• Manage complex service issues with accuracy, efficiency, and attention to detail.
• Facilitate and process wire agreements and time-sensitive wire requests for Wealth clients.
• Collect and analyze data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Develop and support projects to improve processes, products, services, and policies.
• Provide coaching and floor support to teammates to uplift knowledge and performance.
• Document client interactions, transactions, and resolutions in CRM/Salesforce.
