Job summary

Pathland Development Corp. is seeking a seasoned Retail Store Manager to oversee daily store operations, drive profitability, and ensure top-tier customer service across shifts. The role involves supervising staff, recruiting and training, and maintaining robust inventory controls.

Qualifications

3-5 years of experience in retail management (including opening new stores).
Experience in furniture, mattresses, appliances, or home retail preferred.
Strong skills in team leadership, sales, inventory management, and cost control.
Willing to visit sites, handle on-ground concerns, and work weekends when needed.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily store operations, ensuring all procedures and policies are followed consistently across shifts.
Manage and supervise staff, including recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance management.
Monitor inventory levels, manage stock replenishment, and conduct regular stock audits.
Work towards achieving financial targets and profitability goals.
Deliver exceptional customer service by fostering a positive store culture and addressing customer concerns.
