Formación

• 3–5 years of experience in retail or store operations.
• Experience supervising store personnel and daily store operations.
• Knowledge of inventory management and stock monitoring.
• Understanding of sales operations and customer service.
• Proficiency with POS/ERP systems and inventory reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise daily store operations to ensure smooth workflow and compliance with company standards.
• Monitor sales performance, inventory levels, and product availability.
• Ensure proper merchandising, product displays, and store cleanliness.
• Oversee stock receiving, replenishment, stock transfers, and inventory accuracy.
• Monitor stock movement and coordinate with warehouse and purchasing teams for timely replenishment.
• Lead, supervise, and schedule store personnel to ensure productivity and quality customer service.
• Ensure achievement of store sales targets and operational objectives.
• Prepare sales, inventory, and store performance reports.
