Job summary

A7 Recruitment Corporation is hiring an Associate Customer Service Representative – Spanish in Metro Manila. You will handle inquiries about financial products and services across multiple channels, delivering empathetic, timely support in a high-volume environment.

Successful candidates will have at least 6 months in customer service and hold at least a 2nd-year college level or higher. On-site work and shifting/night hours are part of the arrangement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of experience in customer service or related field.
• Educational attainment: 2nd-year college level, Associate Degree, or Bachelor's Degree.
• Equivalent experience may be considered via work, training, or education.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with inquiries about financial products via phone, chat, text, and video chat.
• Provide empathetic, timely support in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Resolve issues and deliver best-in-class service while following policies and regulations.
• Navigate multiple systems to research information and document interactions.
• Escalate complex questions to senior team members when appropriate.
• Collaborate with internal and external customers and communicate effectively.
• Follow risk, compliance, and regulatory requirements when handling financial information.
• Identify and escalate potential issues while maintaining sound risk practices.
