Job summary

Loop Contact Solutions in Makati is seeking a full-time Sales/Customer Service Representative to handle inbound and outbound calls, assist customers with inquiries, provide product information, and resolve issues in a timely, professional manner. You will promote and upsell products or services, process orders, update customer records, and follow scripts while collaborating with the team to meet performance targets.

A high school diploma is required; college-level education is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication in English with clear, neutral or American-style accent.
• Proven customer service skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Sales and persuasion skills including upselling and closing.
• Basic computer and CRM data entry and navigation.
• On-site Makati, full-time schedule.
• Previous experience in a call center, customer support, or sales preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college education is an advantage.
• Willingness to participate in training and continuous performance improvement.
