Job summary

MEGA PHILIPPINES, INC. is seeking a Safety Officer for full-time, on-site work across various projects in the Philippines.

You will implement safety policies and procedures, conduct regular site inspections, and lead OSH audits to identify hazards and ensure compliance with DOLE requirements. The role emphasizes investigating accidents, delivering safety training, and promoting a proactive safety culture among workers.

Qualifications

• Health & Safety and Occupational Health expertise.
• Experience in accident investigations.
• Security and Safety Training skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Certification in DOLE, COSH DOLE-accredited Training Organization and its equivalent is required.
• Knowledgeable with compliances with DOLE requirement.
• Experience in construction, drilling and mining is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is a plus.
