Job summary

Colas Rail APAC is seeking an OCS Warehouse Coordinator to manage the materials yard and catenary park on site. You will handle receipt, inspection, storage and issue of all OCS components, ensuring traceability and alignment with project schedules.

The role requires at least 3 years of OCS/overhead catenary experience and the ability to read erection booklets and drawings. Fluent English and a strong safety mindset are essential for on-site operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor? master's degree in civil or mechanical engineering is required.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in OCS/overhead catenary works.
• Experience with a catenary materials yard or park on a railway project.
• Able to read a catenary erection/assembly booklet, principle drawings and setting-out plans.
• Solid knowledge of warehouse and inventory management, materials handling and stock control.

Responsibilities

• Manage the OCS materials yard and warehouse: receipt, inspection, storage, preservation and issuance of all OCS components and hardware.
• Set up inventory-control system ensuring full traceability from delivery to site issuance.
• Coordinate with Procurement, suppliers and freight forwarders for inbound deliveries and follow up orders.
• Maintain accurate warehouse documentation and stock reports; ensure strict safety and PPE compliance.
• Supervise warehouse and yard personnel, allocate tasks and ensure productivity and safety.
