Linxon is seeking a Site Engineer – OCS in Manila, Philippines, to supervise, execute and ensure compliant installation of Overhead Catenary System works for NSCR project, in line with employer requirements, IFC drawings, and applicable standards. The role demands adherence to safety and quality standards on site.

The candidate should have 5/10+ years in OCS/OHE and experience with 1500 V DC systems is a plus, with willingness to be assigned across NSCR locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Diploma in Electrical or Power Engineering.
• REE – advantage but not mandatory.
• 5–10+ years in OCS / OHE installation.

Responsabilités

• Supervise and inspect OCS works including foundations, mast erection, and wiring.
• Ensure compliance with IFC drawings, project specs, EN/IEC standards.
• Direct and monitor subcontractors and site workforce.
• Prepare daily progress reports and monthly accomplishment reports.
• Coordinate with Civil/Trackwork/Signaling/Power & E&M teams.
