Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related discipline.
• Professional membership with a recognized body is an advantage.
• 2–3 years of progressive experience in construction supervision preferred.
• Willing to be assigned full-time on active project sites.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate full site execution plan for a project work package end-to-end, including manpower loading and material scheduling.
• Understand construction drawings to catch design-to-field discrepancies before RFIs or rework; oversee quality and safety progress.
• Lead QA process on-site, enforcing standards and stopping non-compliant work if necessary.
• Manage contractor relationships, issue site instructions, and escalate only genuine commercial/contractual issues.
• Enforce safety, health, and environment requirements in the work area and call out unsafe acts.
