Job summary

AboitizPower is seeking a PV Maintenance Engineer to oversee maintenance services, inspections, and coordination for PV plants. You will contribute to safe, quality work within schedule and budget, partnering with the team to deliver reliable solar energy and positive community impact.

Qualifications include a relevant engineering degree, 1 year in power plant maintenance, and SCADA proficiency, with PV farm experience as a plus.

Qualifications

Bachelor of Science in Electronics & Communications Engineering or Electrical Engineering
1 year of related experience in maintaining a power plant facility
PV photovoltaic-solar farm experience is a plus
Power plant operation/maintenance experience or construction/PMC is a plus
Familiar with EPC contract and construction management of large infrastructure or power plants is a plus
Licensed Engineer (Electrical/ECE) preferred; Registered Master Electrician preferred

Responsibilities

Perform daily operation or task management functions as delegated by the Plant Engineer, including customer liaison and coordination of technicals
Attend meetings and oversee PV plant operation, maintenance, inspection, supervision, and coordination
Monitor and report PV plant operations and preventive/corrective maintenance against schedule
Execute maintenance activities to meet scope of work and quality objectives
Communicate effectively with operations team, vendors, and third parties
Provide accurate, timely reporting to the Plant Engineer
