Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/College Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering.
• Professional License (Passed Board/Professional License Exam).
• At least 2 years of work experience in property management.
• Leadership, analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of financial concepts and adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular property inspections for efficiency, compliance and safety.
• Provide updates to operations heads and stakeholders.
• Lead property management meetings to discuss issues, risks and improvements.
• Maintain 24-hour incident reporting and quick response system.
• Enforce house rules and recommend revisions when needed.
• Supervise security operations, training, and contract compliance.
• Ensure housekeeping quality and prompt incident reporting.
• Develop preventive maintenance, fire safety and energy plans.
• Oversee technical/maintenance team contract compliance.
• Communicate fire safety plans and ensure guideline adherence.
• Ensure property insurance is current.
• Develop energy management plans and report savings.
• Keep permits, licenses and ISO certifications current.
• Maintain documentation, inventory and correspondence.
• Coordinate board/landlord meetings and documentation.
• Secure and manage government documentation.
• Manage service providers, negotiation and performance reviews.
• Monitor billing, disbursements and monthly reports.
• Prepare annual and 5-year budgets and enhancement plans.
• Manage cash flow and staff performance.
• Support strategic initiatives and improvement plans.
• Engage stakeholders and collect feedback.
• Recommend process improvements for efficiency.
• Participate in training and development programs.
