Job summary

Savills Philippines, Inc. is seeking a Property Manager to oversee multiple residential properties in La Union. You will lead daily operations, enforce house rules, and ensure safety, cleanliness, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities include coordinating preventive maintenance, managing service providers, handling budgets and financial reports, and developing initiatives to improve service quality. On-site role with a six-day work week and a license in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.

Qualifications

• Must graduate of Bachelor’s/College Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering.
• Professional License (Passed Board/Professional License Exam) is a must.
• At least 2 years of work experience in the property management industry (Residential exposure is an advantage).
• Willing to work on-site in Bacnotan, La Union.
• Willing to oversee at least three (3) properties in La Union.
• Amenable to work six (6) days a week.

About the role

Oversee daily property operations, conduct regular inspections, enforce house rules, and ensure compliance with company standards. Monitor security and housekeeping services to ensure safety, cleanliness, and compliance with service agreements. Oversee preventive maintenance, equipment and utility monitoring, fire safety, energy management, and other technical programs.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily property operations, conduct regular inspections, enforce house rules, and ensure compliance with company standards

• Monitor security and housekeeping services to ensure safety, cleanliness, and compliance with service agreements

• Oversee preventive maintenance, equipment and utility monitoring, fire safety, energy management, and other technical programs

• Ensure compliance with fire safety requirements, government permits, licenses, legal requirements, and property standards
• Prepare reports, correspondence, documentation, inventories, and requirements for board/landlord meetings
• Manage service providers, monitor contract compliance and performance, and evaluate service quality
• Monitor billing, collections, expenses, fund balances, and budgets; prepare financial reports and assist in budget planning
• Supervise, coach, and assess the property management team to ensure efficient operations and effective communication
• Maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, residents, and other stakeholders
• Develop and implement initiatives to improve property operations, streamline processes, and enhance service quality

About you
