Job summary

UniDoor Systems Inc. is seeking a capable Project Coordinator to join our on-site team in Metro Manila. You will attend project kick-off meetings, secure requirements, prepare plans and schedules, monitor deliveries, and supervise site personnel to ensure timely handovers.

The ideal candidate has a 4-year construction-related degree, 1–2 years of relevant experience, strong MS Office skills, and excellent communication. Workdays are Mon-Sat, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with immediate start availability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a construction-related field or any relevant 4-year course.
• 1–2 years of proven experience, preferably in the construction, or property development industries.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent interpersonal abilities.
• Highly self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Amenable to work on-site from Mondays to Saturdays, 07:00 A.M. to 04:00 P.M.
• Willing to be assigned to project sites anywhere within Metro Manila.
• Available to start immediately.

Responsibilities

• Attend project kick-off meetings.
• Secure and review project requirements.
• Prepare project plans and schedules for delivery and installation based on site requirements and priorities.
• Monitor and control project delivery and installation activities.
• Conduct punch listing and facilitate project acceptance prior to opening.
• Perform site walk-through inspections.
• Supervise and manage all site personnel.
• Attend coordination meetings with clients and project stakeholders.
• Secure and process site instructions, change orders, and variation orders.
• Prepare CCPAR for customer concerns and product non-conformities, and ensure timely closure.
• Oversee project handover and close-out activities.
• Practices 5S standards in the workplace to promote safety, efficiency, and organization.
• Upholds and protects the company’s image, values, and reputation at all times.
• Performs other related duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by the immediate superior from time to time.
