Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or related field.
• Licensed/registered Engineer preferred.
• Experience in construction, site supervision, project management, or installation works.
• Knowledge of construction methods, materials, measurements, and basic engineering principles.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to travel to project sites and monitor multiple activities.
• Physically capable of site visits and inspections.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor daily site activities and installation works.
• Ensure construction and installation works follow approved plans and standards.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, workers, clients, and project personnel.
• Conduct site inspections and monitor progress and quality of work.
• Prepare and maintain site reports, progress reports, inspection reports, and other project docs.
• Identify and report site issues, delays, defects, or discrepancies and recommend solutions.
• Ensure workers follow safety policies.
• Assist in preparing project schedules and monitor completion against dates.
• Coordinate with the office regarding material requests, manpower, and site concerns.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
