Job summary

CONEX PRIME INC. is seeking an experienced on-site supervisor for finishing and fit-out projects in the Philippines. You will manage a large workforce (50-200+ workers), ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence, and coordinate with clients and subcontractors to drive progress.

The role requires strong leadership, the ability to resolve on-site challenges, and active participation in project reporting. Willing to relocate anywhere in the Philippines.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven experience in finishing and fit-out works.
• Preferably Supervisor with 5+ years of experience in Engineering-Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
• Must possess a strong character on-site and be capable of managing the workers effectively.
• Can handle and manage 50-200 workers or more.

Responsibilities

• Implements the Project activities based on the schedule within budget ensuring the quality of work in a safe manner
• Establish, monitor, maintain, and update construction work schedules
• Supervising and monitoring the site labour force.
• Preparing reports as required
• Decision-making to resolve unexpected difficulties and other problems that may arise.
• Determine and request needed resources including manpower tools equipment and materials from the start.
• Evaluate progress and accomplishment from time to time and prepare detailed reports
• Attend meetings and coordinate with the client and other subcons.
